*SWAC reserves the right to adjust formatting to ensure consistency within the newsletter layout.

 

Submission Deadlines

Advertisements and payment must be received no later than 5:00 PM each Monday for inclusion in that week’s newsletter distribution.
Late submissions may be deferred to the following week.

 

Payment Information

• Payment must be received prior to publication.

• Invoices are available upon request.

• Payment accepted via PayPal, Venmo, or organizational check.

 

Advertising Standards & Approval

SWAC reserves the right to decline, edit, or remove advertisements that:

• Conflict with the mission or values of the organization

• Contain misleading or inaccurate information

• Include discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content

• Promote products, services, or activities inconsistent with professional ethics
